Why File for Business Entity Protection?

Business entities are extremely important for creating a separation between yourself and your business. When you file for an LLC, there are some serious benefits!

  • Sheltering Your Personal Assets
When you run your business as an LLC, a shelter is provided for your personal assets. Meaning the business is liable for business debts and your personal assets cannot be reached if there is a dispute with a client, lawsuit or dispute with a vendor. This allows for your home, savings, anything in your bank account or other assets to be protected.
  • Tax Benefits
There can be great tax benefits that come with running your business as a formal business entity. Make sure that you check with your CPA to determine if you are eligible for these benefits.
  • Energetic Upleveling
When we formally create an LLC we are saying to the Universe that we're ready to uplevel in your business and start call in those bigger clients and contracts.
  • Save $800 if you are in CA and file this year!
The State of California Franchise Tax Board is waving the initial $800 annual tax for any LLCs, LPs and LLPs filed between 1/1/21 and 12/31/23. This $800 tax is typically owed within four (4) months of the initial filing.*

Hi! I'm Natalie!

I was scared s*&tless when I first opened up my law firm. I didn’t know anything. I felt so overwhelmed and so alone in figuring it all out. Being an attorney I didn’t want to ask for help because, well, attorneys should know it all. I just dove right in… but man was it overwhelming!

I know what it’s like to feel like a boss b*&ch but I also know what a journey it is to get there in your business. People constantly talk about how to be confident in your business, how to have the right mindset, but no one ever talks about all of the legal nuances that you need to have in place.

Knowing that you have the right documents in place to protect yourself, protect your content, and protect your business gives you the confidence that you need to move forward in your business!

My dream is to create a community of legally empowered female entrepreneurs who are ready to change the world.

So before you do the “scary things” in your business… let’s make sure you protect it first.
