Credit Card Authorization

Authorization

By submitting payment securely via credit card through the online payment processor, Client authorizes and allows Natalie Puglisi, PC to use the submitted credit card as the payment method for USPTO or Secretary of State filing fees as they become due in connection with Client's matter, including any and all future payments due. Client understands that filing fees are set by the USPTO or applicable Secretary of State and are subject to change without notice.

Client Responsibility for Charges

Client understands and agrees that Client shall be solely responsible for all filing and processing fees which arise in connection with the services provided by Natalie Puglisi, PC under the applicable engagement agreement.

Non-Refundable Filing Fees

USPTO filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the USPTO. Secretary of State filing fees are similarly non-refundable once submitted to the applicable state agency. Natalie Puglisi, PC has no control over USPTO or Secretary of State fee schedules and does not guarantee any particular fee amount. Client is responsible for all fees associated with their matter regardless of outcome.

Payment Processor Disclaimer

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Natalie Puglisi, PC is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to the payment processor, banking institutions, or card networks. Any disputes regarding processing errors must be directed to your card issuer.

Authorization Scope

This authorization covers USPTO and Secretary of State filing fees only and does not authorize charges for attorney fees, monitoring services, or other invoiced items unless a separate written authorization is on file.

Future Charges

If Client's matter involves multiple filings or classes, Client authorizes future charges for each filing as they arise. Firm will provide notice of the amount prior to processing.

Confidentiality of Payment Information

Natalie Puglisi, PC takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of Client's payment information. Card data is transmitted through encrypted, PCI-compliant channels. Firm cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, interception, or breach by third parties, and Client acknowledges this limitation by submitting payment information.

Destruction of Payment Information

Client may request destruction or removal of their payment information from firm records at any time by submitting a written request to support@nataliepuglisi.com. Firm will confirm destruction within five (5) business days. Client acknowledges that destruction of payment information will require new authorization before any future charges can be processed. To the extent card data is stored by the payment processor, Client should contact the processor directly to request removal of any data held on the processor's systems.

Revocation

Client may revoke this authorization in writing at any time. Revocation does not affect charges already processed or fees already submitted to the USPTO or Secretary of State.
